Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present a wonderful opportunity for a German Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. This position is crucial in ensuring that our international clients receive outstanding support and assistance tailored to their needs.
In this role, you will connect with customers in German and other languages, providing timely responses to their inquiries and addressing any concerns they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will be key in building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in German and additional languages as required
- Deliver accurate information regarding our products and services
- Effectively troubleshoot customer issues to ensure satisfactory resolutions
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality
- Stay updated on product information and company policies to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in at least one other language (English or another European language preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to high-quality customer service
- Experience with customer service software and computer systems is a plus
