Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support through live chat, email, and phone in German.
- Assist users with account queries, navigation, and platform functionality issues.
- Handle troubleshooting for technical problems and guide customers to solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records to track and follow up on concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance support quality and share user feedback.
- Keep current on platform updates, features, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in a tech or online environment, is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and technology is a plus.
