Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support through live chat, email, and phone in German.
  • Assist users with account queries, navigation, and platform functionality issues.
  • Handle troubleshooting for technical problems and guide customers to solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records to track and follow up on concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance support quality and share user feedback.
  • Keep current on platform updates, features, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in a tech or online environment, is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and technology is a plus.
