Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to gather insights on their specific product needs and business challenges
- Design and recommend tailored solutions that align with client goals and enhance their operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product implementation
- Provide ongoing assistance and expert advice to clients for optimal product utilization
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to inform client recommendations
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service and support
- Document feedback and insights for continuous service improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in product consulting, client advising, or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for understanding and explaining complex product concepts
- Proactive, motivated, and results-oriented with a desire for continuous learning
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and product management tools is advantageous
