Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional remote support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network services.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share knowledge.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and technological advancements to assist clients effectively.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer support or a similar technical role is a plus, but not required.
- A strong interest in technology and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Able to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and hardware is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required for employment eligibility.
