Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level service desk support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a diverse range of technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Guide users through common procedures and deliver effective solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions and resolution processes accurately within the service desk system.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge and updates to better serve clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, with a strong command of English preferred.
  • Prior experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with service desk software or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional service is required.
