Responsibilities
- Provide high-level service desk support to German-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a diverse range of technical issues related to our products and services.
- Guide users through common procedures and deliver effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions and resolution processes accurately within the service desk system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and updates to better serve clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, with a strong command of English preferred.
- Prior experience in a service desk or technical support role is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with service desk software or customer relationship management systems is a plus.
