In this role, you will provide dedicated support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience on our streaming platform. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, features, and subscriptions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our support system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest platform developments and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but motivated newcomers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of streaming services or related technologies is a plus.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
- Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
