In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with top-notch support and assistance related to our streaming platform. You will handle inquiries across multiple communication channels and ensure that our users receive an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to German-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform.
- Offer detailed guidance on platform features, account management, and subscription options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our support system.
- Work closely with the technical team to seek solutions for more complex issues.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain well-informed about platform updates and strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous customer support experience in a related role is advantageous, but enthusiastic newcomers are encouraged to apply.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of streaming platforms or related technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work well in collaborative environments as well as independently.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
- Must have a stable internet connection for remote work.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is necessary.
