In this pivotal role, you will provide exemplary support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with various inquiries related to our streaming platform, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high-quality viewing experience. Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer support through chat, email, and phone in German.
- Assist users with account inquiries, content discovery, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, subscriptions, and billing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer inquiries and resolutions for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the technical team to resolve more complicated issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about new features, content updates, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with customers.
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in technology or streaming services, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
