Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical liaison for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support efficiently
  • Oversee the onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring smooth integration of our solutions
  • Conduct training sessions to empower clients in effectively utilizing our products
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges that clients may face
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client needs and contribute to product enhancements
  • Regularly monitor client satisfaction metrics and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-ups
  • Stay current on industry trends and product developments to offer valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in technical account management, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong technical background and understanding of software solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and client-focused approach
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer satisfaction metrics is an advantage
