Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues effectively and swiftly.
  • Guide customers on product features and functionalities to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions for reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address common challenges.
  • Stay informed about new product developments and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, alongside a good command of English.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
