Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues effectively and swiftly.
- Guide customers on product features and functionalities to ensure a seamless experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions for reference.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address common challenges.
- Stay informed about new product developments and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is essential, alongside a good command of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
