As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, assisting them with a variety of inquiries and resolving technical issues. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will ensure that our clients receive the best support possible.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Tier 1 support to German-speaking customers through multiple channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
- Provide clear and concise guidance to customers regarding product features.
- Escalate more complex issues to higher-tier support when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer support software is helpful.
