- Deliver outstanding assistance to German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage booking inquiries, address cancellations, and facilitate smooth rebooking processes with efficiency.
- Offer detailed information on popular travel destinations, itineraries, and travel regulations to enhance customer journeys.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions within the support system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and travel partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay informed on the latest travel trends, company policies, and destination information to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer support, especially within the travel sector, is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
