Responsibilities
- Support German-speaking clients through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information on travel options, accommodations, and itineraries tailored to clients' preferences.
- Efficiently resolve issues and address inquiries to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and bookings for future reference.
- Stay informed about industry trends and our service offerings to provide accurate advice.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both oral and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to resolve customer inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is beneficial.
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to assist others.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if required.
