Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in developing a channel ecosystem, partner manager, business development in security and technology industries.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a partner and customer-facing role (e.g., Strategic Partner Business Manager, Business Specialist, Account Executive).
  • Experience in carrying business goals, generating a pipeline, and developing and managing a Channel ecosystem.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and IT environments, with the ability to identify and solve customer problems effectively.
  • Ability to successfully collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a ability to present to customers or at events.

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

In this role, you will be a key driver in expanding our Chrome Enterprise Premium product. You will be a subject matter expert in developing our Channel Partners in this area, empowering them to become self-supporting in driving demand and winning agreements and will also work closely with Global ChromeOS Commercial Channel Partner Managers to help their partners achieve self-sustainability.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Chrome Enterprise Premium, collaborating with partners to understand their customers IT security needs and collaborating with key decision-makers to drive business and product adoption.
  • Advocate for partners by helping them build customer-specific solutions, develop a business pipeline, and achieve regional business objectives for Chrome Enterprise Premium.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including Chrome Enterprise Browser Specialists, ChromeOS, Cloud Business, and certified partners, to support business opportunities and gather insights to shape the product's future.
  • Drive market awareness by presenting at regional and industry events to highlight the advanced security benefits of Chrome Enterprise Premium and engage with potential partners and customers.
  • Identify and remove roadblocks to adoption, helping partners close large, multi-year opportunities.
