Summary: As our Global Director of Partnerships & Collaborations, you’ll own the vision and execution of creator strategy at the highest level. From top-tier celebrities to emerging micro-creators, you’ll lead a team that cultivates relationships, drives cultural relevance, and amplifies brand moments globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Set the Global Influencer Strategy
- Develop and strategize a world-class global influencer roadmap for regional markets to bring to life
- Build scalable programs across talent tiers, from celebrities to mid-tier influencers, to drive brand impact
- Align influencer strategies with core marketing objectives, product launches, and brand campaigns
- Own and manage the global influencer budget, optimizing for both performance and brand equity
Build Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and lock in major creator collabs that ladder up to brand vision and revenue goals
- Oversee full lifecycle of creator and brand collaborations, from ideation and co-creation to execution and content rollout
- Partner cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Product Marketing, and Social teams to amplify launches
- Identify and onboard world-class agency partners to support creator growth & collaboration initiatives
Drive Performance & Analytics
- Establish KPIs for creator campaigns and track performance across platforms and regions
- Use data to refine strategy and pitch new ideas with confidence
- Stay ahead of cultural trends and industry shifts to keep Huda at the forefront
Lead the Team & Scale the Function
- Manage and grow a high-performing team both directly and through in-market influencer leads
- Mentor talent and foster a culture of excellence and innovation
- Establish scalable operational systems that enable rapid campaign deployment and ensure global consistency
Own Major Moments
- Oversee execution of global seeding programs and influencer events
- Lead the strategy and execution of creator activations across product launches, tentpole moments, and brand experiences
- Be a visible brand ambassador and relationship builder for the Huda Beauty name
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in celebrity and/ or influencer marketing management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven success leading large-scale global campaigns and immersive brand experiences.
- Deep knowledge of both classic and digital media landscapes.
- Established network of media and influencer contacts.
- Strong crisis communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Multilingual and global experience is a plus.
