Lime is seeking an experienced independent contractor to support key components of our order fulfillment process during a period of organizational transformation. The contractor will provide services to support the timely and accurate flow of fulfillment data between internal systems and external delivery channels, aligned with the global supply chain operations. This is a project-based engagement focused on outcomes and deliverables, with the contractor expected to determine the manner and means of performing the services.

Scope of Services and Deliverables:

  • Order Data Support

    • Upload order and fulfillment data between ERP and TMS platforms.

      • Deliverable: At least 3x per day (1000, 1200, 1400) and on an as needed basis or upon request

    • Enter Central Parts Orders (CPO) or other off-cycle fulfillment requests into the system.

      • Deliverable: Twice every two weeks (CPO) and off-cycle orders on an as-needed basis or upon request

    • Maintain data entry for fulfillment-related information, including order details, tracking numbers, and inventory movements.

      • Deliverable: Perform on an as-needed basis or upon request

    • Generate reports reflecting fulfillment status and backlog metrics.

      • Deliverable: Daily and on an as-needed basis or upon request

  • Communication & Coordination:

    • Monitor communication channels and respond to order requests and inquiries.

      • Deliverable: Ensure accurate updates, and provide response within a 2-hour service level agreement (SLA)

    • Resolve market-specific fulfillment discrepancies, delays, or shipping issues.

      • Deliverable: Multiple times per day. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and delivery issues as needed or upon request.

Contractor Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain management, or logistics preferred.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically NetSuite, and supply chain management tools (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple tasks, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.

  • Excellent oral and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities, effective inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.

  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills.

This position is not eligible for benefits through Lime as this is a contract position. This is a contracted position that will be hired, managed, and compensated through a third-party employer. Lime will not direct the day-to-day means or methods of work, but will define expected outcomes and timelines for project milestones.
