IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our Global Talent & Engagement Lead, you will be the architect of Envalior’s global talent and engagement strategy. You will design and implement programs that empower our people, strengthen our culture, and build a diverse, high-performing workforce aligned with our business goals. You will report directly to the CHRO and work with senior business leaders, your peers in the HR Leadership Team, and external thought leaders to ensure our people strategy is deeply embedded in our business strategy. In addition, you manage a small team that works closely across the global HR organization.

• Learning & Development
• Culture and Engagement
• Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DE&I)
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a dynamic leader with a global mindset and a passion for people. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Global Experience & Diverse Perspective: Proven experience working in a global role, with the ability to navigate cultural complexity and lead across geographies. We welcome candidates from all nationalities and backgrounds. The position is based in Geleen (Netherlands) but we are open for candidates from all over the world.
• Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business contexts, enabling you to align talent strategies with business challenges and support leadership development effectively.
• Thought Leadership: Deep expertise in Talent Management, Engagement, Culture, and DE&I. You stay ahead of external trends and innovations, and bring fresh thinking to Envalior’s people strategy.
• Outside-In Orientation: You understand the importance of external benchmarking and market intelligence, ensuring Envalior’s engagement initiatives reflect the best of what’s happening in the world of talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills. You can coordinate and influence across a wide range of stakeholders—from senior leaders to external partners—with credibility and impact.
• People Management: Experience leading small global teams and influencing indirect teams. You know how to develop talent and foster collaboration across borders.
• Agility & Transformation Capability: You’re comfortable with change and can pivot quickly in response to shifts in the business environment. You bring transformation skills and a proactive mindset to drive progress.
• Language Fluency: Fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across cultures.
