About the Finance Graduate Role

You’ll rotate through key areas of our Finance team, gaining exposure to:

  • Month-end and year-end financial reporting
  • General ledger maintenance and reconciliations
  • Management accounting, analysis, and budgeting
  • Accounts payable/receivable processes
  • ERP systems (Microsoft D365), Excel modelling, and data-driven reporting
  • Supporting audit, compliance, and financial control activities
  • Working closely with stakeholders in operations, sales, and IT

You’ll have opportunities to develop a well-rounded understanding of finance in a commercial environment, with support to pursue further studies or qualifications if desired.

 

Requirements

We’re looking for graduates who are analytical, driven, and ready to grow. You’ll ideally have:

  • A recent or soon-to-be-completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Commerce (BCom)
  • Strong attention to detail and a love of numbers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Hold New Zealand or Australian citizenship or Australian or New Zealand Permanent residency.
