- Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads) and print media (brochures, posters, packaging).
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Create compelling visual assets that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design work.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.
- Prepare design files for production and manage file organization and version control.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1.5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Familiar with Figma or other UI/UX design tools (Figma is a plus)
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines
- Strong design portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and print work
- Experience in UI/UX design
- Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics
- Familiarity with video editing tools
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends
- Photography and photo editing skills
