Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PCBC BA/BSA with 10 to 14 years of experience in the insurance domain specifically with Guidewire technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Guidewire Insurance Suite Integration and Business Analysis. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for insurance solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for Guidewire implementations.
  • Lead the design and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of Guidewire Insurance Suite with existing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Guidewire technologies in insurance processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Guidewire solutions to ensure quality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Guidewire implementations and processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of Guidewire functionalities.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on key milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Guidewire.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Guidewire implementations.
  • Support business planning and analysis activities to align Guidewire solutions with strategic goals.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Insurance Suite Integration.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on business analysis and planning.
  • Exhibit proficiency in configuring and customizing Guidewire applications.
  • Have a solid understanding of insurance industry processes and best practices.
  • Show excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Hold a relevant certification in Guidewire technologies or business analysis.
