We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Integration Specialist/Architect with 10-15 to 10 years of expertise to join our team in a hybrid work model. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions that align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Role: Guidewire Integration Gateway Specialist

Integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter (cloud) with up/downstream systems with via GW Integration Gateway for seamless data flow and process efficiency. Experience on Guidewire Policy Center is mandatory.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

The Sr Product Architect (ISG) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. With a focus on Guidewire technologies the candidate will leverage their expertise in GW APD Guidewire Ins Suite Integration PCF and Gosu to drive business success. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with 12 to 15 years of experience who can seamlessly integrate technical skills with domain knowledge to enhance product archite

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Guidewire technologies to meet business requirements in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Key required skill is to oversee the integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter (cloud) with up/downstream systems with via GW Integration Gateway for seamless data flow and process efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise in GW APD PCF and Gosu to optimize product architecture and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development and architecture.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues providing innovative solutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align product architecture with business goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system capabilities and performance.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of architectural solutions with business needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in GW APD Guidewire Ins Suite Integration PCF and Gosu demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
  • Have a strong background in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain with the ability to apply domain knowledge to technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.


Certifications Required

Guidewire ACE Certified Professional

Working arrangements:

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week at the client’s office in either Hartford, CT or St Paul, MN.
