- Experience in phase gate product development.

Responsibilities
- Manage development Health and Home hardware products and drive the overall tactical execution and strategy of the team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet schedule, system build milestones, cost, quality and manufacturability.
- Drive product development processes and phase gate reviews with the cross-functional teams.
- Lead resolution on key technical issues and communication of project status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Interface between joint development partners and cross-functional engineering and operation teams.
