Concepta is a fast-growing cosmetics and supplements brand expanding into the U.S. market via Amazon. We combine scientific product development with agile execution, and we’re seeking a Head of Amazon to drive our next phase of growth.

This is a strategic leadership role. Ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of the Amazon channel, lead a high-performing team, and scale a data-driven business with global ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the Amazon Strategy: Set sales targets, oversee P&L, and develop strategic roadmaps for continued growth and profitability.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track KPIs, customer behavior, funnels, and competitor activity. Use tools like Helium10, DataDive, and Sellerboard to generate insights.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a cross-functional team (PPC, content, support). Set goals, run sprints, and foster accountability.
  • Marketing & PPC: Lead in-platform (SP, SB, SD, DSP) and off-platform marketing efforts (Meta, TikTok, affiliate, etc.).
  • Compliance & Product Health: Oversee listing compliance, account health, and coordinate product feedback with R&D.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, and Finance to streamline operations and align goals.
  • Optimize the Funnel: Manage A/B testing, conversion rates, traffic audits, and content strategies (A+, Brand Store, Brand Story, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

Hard Skills

  • Amazon PPC mastery (SP, SB, SD, DSP) and budgeting (TACoS, ACoS, ROAS)
  • Experience with Amazon tools: Helium10, DataDive, Sellerboard, Brand Analytics, etc.
  • Proficiency in Amazon marketing programs: Coupons, Deals, Brand Tailored Promotions
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills: customer behavior, profitability, margin tracking
  • Knowledge of Amazon compliance & policy metrics (ODR, NCX, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with strategy planning, P&L responsibility

Nice to Have

  • Experience with influencer/affiliate marketing & Meta/TikTok campaigns
  • Agile-based team management (sprints, KPIs, retros)
  • Familiarity with Amazon A/B testing tools like PickFu or ProductPinion
