About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Growth to take full ownership of our digital performance and revenue expansion across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional growth initiatives—spanning performance marketing, product expansion, analytics, and CRO—with a sharp focus on ROI, scalability, and velocity.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize the entire digital growth funnel—from awareness to conversion
  • Lead performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Amazon Ads
  • Analyze growth data and build dashboards that drive clear, strategic decisions (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV)
  • Launch, test, and scale campaigns in collaboration with creative, eCommerce, and product teams
  • Oversee Shopify and Amazon Seller Central to grow DTC and marketplace channels
  • Identify new customer segments and market expansion opportunities
  • Manage and mentor a small team of media buyers, analysts, and marketers
  • Launch A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and customer journeys
  • Explore new acquisition and retention channels for scalable growth

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in apparel or consumer eCommerce
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue through data-backed campaigns
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads (required), with hands-on experience in TikTok and Amazon Ads
  • Strong analytical skills—you're fluent in data dashboards, KPIs, and conversion metrics
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, and key growth tools
  • Ability to lead creative testing (UGC, DPA, branded content) and influence messaging strategy
  • Budget-savvy and ROI-obsessed when scaling paid efforts

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Klaviyo, SMS, or loyalty/retention platforms
  • Familiarity with influencer amplification, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships
  • Experience launching or growing subscription or bundled product models
