The Opportunity
As Head of Laboratory Operations, you will manage the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our client’s laboratory services. You will work closely with the CEO and Chief Scientific Officer , in identifying inefficiencies, driving innovation, and implementing plans that align with the organisation’s vision and goals.
A strong focus on collaboration and accountability is essential in this role. You’ll be expected to mentor and support a large, dedicated team of scientists, technical staff and team leaders. You will be helping them grow into effective, people-focused leaders who foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
