Hospitality Manager Vacancy: Mont Clare, WA

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hospitality Manager to join our Residential Aged Care facility in Mont Clare. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is committed to operational excellence and enhancing the resident experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in a similar environment, who can manage staff and resources effectively while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and mentoring the hospitality and support services team.
• Overseeing all aspects of food service, including menu planning, food quality, and resident satisfaction.
• Maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and aged care regulations.

Compensation:

• Base rate of $40 per hour, plus superannuation.

• Diploma of Hospitality Management
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Influenza Vaccination
• Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager, preferably in a healthcare or aged care setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
