About the role

Our high-performing Healthcare recruitment team is looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to be based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. This role is perfect for someone who is a specialist in healthcare recruitment or is a registered / enrolled nurse looking to make a career as a recruitment consultant. Someone who loves building relationships and wants to join a team that is taking over the industry.

This role will be perfect for someone who is...

• With Recruitment experience - A specialist in healthcare recruitment with solid experience in hiring nurses
• With No recruitment experience - An experienced registered or enrolled Nurse with no recruitment experience but looking to build a career as a recruitment consultant.

You will be the first point of contact for our FIFO Aged Care candidates and clients and provide the very best service. You will spend a lot of your time on the phone building new relationships with potential clients and as well as speaking to aged care professionals. This is a very fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone that likes to be busy!

In this role you will have the opportunity to join our extensive 8 week onboarding program, have ongoing on-the-job support and clear career progression.

• Building Relationships: Focus on growing the business by making connections in the industry. Connect with clients and candidates, learn about their needs, and show how you can help.
• Helping Everyone Fit: Be a consultant who gives great advice. Talk to candidates and clients to understand what they need. Your job is to find solutions that work well for everyone and make them happy.
• Solving Challenges: Embrace tricky situations with a can-do attitude. You're not just finding people jobs; you're also handling details like rules, locations, and preferences. Your skill in finding answers will make you a go-to problem solver.
