WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- HR administration:
- Assist in preparing and submitting monthly SHUI reports and declarations, support the team in managing employee benefits and entitlements related to SHUI
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all documents are organized and confidential
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, offboarding procedures for departing employees
- Monthly leave report
- Employee engagement:
- Assist with organizing employee engagement activities
- Serve as a point of contact for basic employee questions and requests
- Office administration:
- Ensure the office common areas are tidy and organized.
- Assist with basic IT support and troubleshooting for office equipments
Requirements
- 3rd or final year student in a Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
