Position Overview
Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about people? We’re looking for a vibrant HR Assistant to join our team and help drive staff engagement initiatives that make our workplace inspiring and inclusive. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates from Marketing, Hospitality, or related disciplines to begin a rewarding career in Human Resources.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as wellness programs, festive events, CSR initiatives, and team-building experiences.
- Create engaging internal communications and promotional materials for HR campaigns.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure a warm and memorable welcome for new hires.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and preparing HR documentation.
- Gather feedback and contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with different departments to support cross-functional engagement projects.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements
Who we’re looking for
- Fresh graduates from Marketing, Hospitality, Human Resources, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Energetic, creative, and proactive with a positive mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different levels of factory staff.
- Passionate about organizing events and creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with good time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
