Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill hiring requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communications.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
  • Support performance management cycles and assist in organizing training and development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR tools or software.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
  • Experience in design, retail, or luxury segments will be considered an added advantage.
