Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill hiring requirements.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and manage internal communications.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and coordinate with the accounts team for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws.
- Support performance management cycles and assist in organizing training and development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR tools or software.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management.
- Experience in design, retail, or luxury segments will be considered an added advantage.
