Are you a hands-on HR Business Partner with strong operational and ER experience? We are representing a leading global organisation in search of a dynamic HR professional to partner with leaders across high-impact business units.

This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day HR activities and long-term workforce strategy in a complex, production-driven environment. If you're passionate about making a difference, influencing culture, and managing change – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide generalist HR support and advice across a diverse workforce

  • Coach managers on performance, development, IR/ER, and investigations

  • Lead cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, remuneration, and engagement initiatives

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across key business units

  • Partner with site-based teams, unions, and reps to maintain strong industrial relations

  • Support organisational change projects, including automation and transformation programs

  • Drive improvements across HR systems, policies, and processes

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a HR Business Partner in an operational, manufacturing, or unionised environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law, Awards, and EA negotiation

  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the business

  • Experience managing both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR delivery

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related field
