Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for resolving complex employee relations and industrial relations cases? We're looking for an experienced Temporary HR Business Partner to provide expert support for our client in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for 6-7 months

In this role, you will be the go-to specialist for a wide range of ER/IR issues. You'll be responsible for providing guidance and coaching, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of ER/IR cases from intake to resolution, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
  • Expert Advice: Provide clear and timely advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential ER/IR risks, ensuring all actions are legally sound and aligned with company policy.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide solutions that balance business objectives with legal and ethical requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all cases and investigations, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or ER/IR specialist, with a strong focus on case management.
  • Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong coaching & negotiating skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases of varying complexity simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
