HR Driver - Bale Truck Collection

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and safety-focused HR Driver to join our team in the Southeast. You'll play a vital role in the waste industry, operating a bale truck with a hook lift and a 10-meter front crane to provide essential waste management services.

Location: South East Melbourne

Pay Rate: To be discussed (Competitive rates, penalties & allowances)

Shifts: Monday to Friday

Shift Duration: 8-10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bale truck with a hook lift and a 10-meter front crane.

• Efficiently collect and transport bales according to a scheduled route.

• Perform pre-start checks and ensure the vehicle and crane are maintained to the highest safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors, reporting any delays or issues.

• Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols, including the use of PPE and hazard identification.

Requirements

• Valid HR Truck Licence.

• Must have a Crane Licence 10 metre boom.

• Minimum 6-12 months of HR driving experience.

• Experience operating a hook lift and/or crane is highly regarded.

• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.

• Driving history report required.
