HR/HC Drivers and Plant Operators - Civil Construction Roles

Randstad is seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled individuals to join our team for upcoming Civil Infrastructure Projects across Northern Tasmania.

About the Opportunity

We're anticipating significant civil infrastructure work in the region and are keen to connect with talented operators and drivers who have a strong background in Civil, Quarrying, or Mining environments. These will be diverse roles where your expertise will be highly valued.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrated experience operating a range of heavy machinery, including:

• Loaders
• Excavators
• Dump Trucks
• Moxys
• And other related civil plant and machinery.

Ideally, you'll be an "All-Rounder" with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to contribute to various aspects of project delivery.

Key Requirements

To be a successful candidate, you'll possess:

• Current relevant drivers licence, HR or MC Highly desirable.
• A high regard for safety in all aspects of your work.
• Clear driver history
• Flexible availability and a willingness to work overtime when required to meet project demands.
• The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and a police check.
