HR Internship

Charger Logistics is a world class asset-based carrier. We specialize in delivering your assets, on time and on budget. With the diverse fleet of equipment, we can handle a range of freight, including dedicated loads, specialized hauls, temperature-controlled goods and HAZMAT cargo.

We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based on San Pedro Sula.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Activities.
• Making job offers and preparing and sending out the offer package.
• Assist with the printing and organization of HR-related documentation and employee files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Develop, recommend and implement human resources processes in the area of recruitment and retention.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining HR-related records.

Requirements

• Fluent English is a must.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish (knowledge of English is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
