Receive recruitment requests and plan recruitment for IT positions in Japan, especially for positions such as BrSE, Front PM, SE, and IT Sales with Japanese language skills.
Work allocation: Direct recruitment: 70%, organizing internal events: 30%.
Directly implement employer branding communications for the Company in Japan.
Continuously expand the candidate pool for positions according to the recruitment plan.
Participate in proposing improvements to departmental and company-wide recruitment strategies.
Organize recruitment and enrollment events at universities or major events in various prefectures in Japan (e.g., Osaka, Tokyo…).
Coordinate with the Vietnam HR team to recruit positions as requested.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
II. Job Requirements
Fluent in spoken Japanese, equivalent to JLPT N2, and Vietnamese (Native)
At least 2 years of experience in HR/recruitment at IT companies.
Experience organizing or supporting recruitment and enrollment events in Japan.
Currently living and working in Japan, with an understanding of Japanese culture (a plus).
Skilled in content creation, creativity, and employer branding communication.
Have a database of IT candidates for roles such as Developer, PM, Tech Lead, BrSE, IT Communicator, BA with Japanese language, etc.
Well-versed in and able to effectively use recruitment channels, especially social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, TopCV, VietnamWorks, ITviec, TopDev, etc.
Ability to work independently, with good communication and negotiation skills.
Preference for candidates with team management experience and potential to become HR Manager of the Japan branch (for Senior/Leader positions).
