HR Manager

Our client, a luxury retailer, is looking for an experienced and passionate Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is a permanent full time position.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR matters, partnering with key leaders to drive the people strategy. You will lead a team of 2 and provide expert guidance and support across TA, employee relations and HR Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to drive people strategy, focusing on recruitment, retention, and succession planning
• Work with hiring managers to proactively identify and attract top talent, developing a strategy for sourcing candidates & build a strong talent pipeline
• Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters
• Lead performance management, providing support and guidance to managers on under-performance
• Work with the team to regularly review and update company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 7-9 years of HR experience
• Degree in HR or similar
• Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
• Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and developing an HR team
