Accountability

  • Collaborate with the SEA HR Manager and Senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance in developing and executing HR policies specific for Traze in Indonesia Market

Strategic HR Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Support SEA HRM with the execution of HR policies and initiatives in specified regions.

Talent Acquisition and Management

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to acquire top talent.
  • Actively source talents, ensure suitable candidates (CVs) are presented to hiring managers in a timely manner.
  • Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management.
  • Support managers in talent assessment, development, and retention.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair application of policies.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations as needed.

Compliance and Legal Matters

  • Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia
  • Ensure company compliance with local labor laws
  • Collaborate with legal counsel on HR-related legal issues.

HR Operations and Administration

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation per legal requirements.
  • Manage operation costs , HR budgets and resources effectively.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional and global colleagues for consistency in HR practices.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on HR matters to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in HR expertise and Managerial level.
  • Excellent people management skills and being a trusted advisor able to build good relationships amongst stakeholders, team members and peers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, objective oriented
  • Attention to detail, spirit of striving for excellence;
  • Multitasking and able to complete assigned task within deadline
  • Able to handle work pressure; being resilient and intergrity
  • An effective communicator with a good command of English
  • Good initiative, ability to manage/resolve conflict, adaptability with change and cultural diversity
