Accountability
- Collaborate with the SEA HR Manager and Senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance in developing and executing HR policies specific for Traze in Indonesia Market
Strategic HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Support SEA HRM with the execution of HR policies and initiatives in specified regions.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to acquire top talent.
- Actively source talents, ensure suitable candidates (CVs) are presented to hiring managers in a timely manner.
- Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management.
- Support managers in talent assessment, development, and retention.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair application of policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations as needed.
Compliance and Legal Matters
- Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia
- Ensure company compliance with local labor laws
- Collaborate with legal counsel on HR-related legal issues.
HR Operations and Administration
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation per legal requirements.
- Manage operation costs , HR budgets and resources effectively.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional and global colleagues for consistency in HR practices.
- Act as a trusted adviser on HR matters to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in HR expertise and Managerial level.
- Excellent people management skills and being a trusted advisor able to build good relationships amongst stakeholders, team members and peers
- Strong problem-solving skills, objective oriented
- Attention to detail, spirit of striving for excellence;
- Multitasking and able to complete assigned task within deadline
- Able to handle work pressure; being resilient and intergrity
- An effective communicator with a good command of English
- Good initiative, ability to manage/resolve conflict, adaptability with change and cultural diversity
