HR Manager

MSPS, on behalf of its client -a leading fashion brand- is seeking an HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations at the company’s headquarters in the heart of Athens.

Are you a proactive HR professional with a solid understanding of Greek labor law and hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle? We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of operational HR processes, support both employees and managers, and ensure full compliance with legal and internal requirements.

The role:

As an HR Manager, you will:

• Manage accurate and compliant HR records (digital and physical)
• Handle hiring, resignations, and all related employment actions (ERGANI)
• Oversee timekeeping (Ψηφιακή Κάρτα), shift schedules, sick leaves, and vacation tracking
• Support payroll procedures and liaise with relevant departments
• Act as a key HR point of contact for staff and management
• Guide employees through onboarding, offboarding, and workplace policies
• Ensure adherence to health & safety standards
• Support performance evaluation and HR reporting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR managerial roles
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field
• Deep knowledge of Greek labor law and ERGANI processes
• Experience with payroll systems (Epsilon Business is a plus)
• Excellent Greek & English communication skills
• Strong organization, discretion, and attention to detail
