HR Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced and proactive HR project coordinator ready to take on a strategic role? We are seeking a HR Project Coordinator to join our clients team on a temporary contract. In this position, you'll be instrumental in coordinating strategic projects, ensuring smooth stakeholder engagement and providing critical administrative support for various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. You'll be working on key initiatives such as remuneration strategy, leadership academy and Service Connect.
• Provide project administration and support for all project-related activities, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder coordination by acting as a central point of contact, facilitating communication, and building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Support project initiatives and provide assistance to project leaders to ensure seamless execution. This includes supporting the Psychosocial Risk Framework Coordinator and the HSW (Health, Safety, and Wellbeing) Uplift Project Coordinator.

What We're Looking For

• A strong background in HR, including prior experience in project management or HR project coordination.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds.
• The ability to be highly organised, to prioritise tasks, and to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience using ServiceNow or a strong technical ability with other HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
• A strong background in reporting and compliance.
