We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Human Resource Director to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of organizational development, performance management, talent identification and development, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Translation of Global Strategy to Local Implementation: With the COPO, develop the global people strategy and take the lead on local implementation and implement integrated HR strategies to align with the overall global business strategy and support long-term organizational objectives across all regions. 

 

  • Review of the local HR service, identifying and implementing initiatives to support growth, QA excellence and high standards of delivery with an inexperienced, motivated workforce  

 

  • Performance & Talent Development: Oversee the implementation of global performance management frameworks and employee development programs to build leadership capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

 

  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Design and manage internationally consistent compensation and benefits strategies that ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with global standards. 

 

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure global HR operations comply with applicable local, regional, and international labor laws and ethical standards. Maintain alignment with internal policies and external regulations. 

 

  • Executive Advising & Workforce Planning: Partner with senior leaders globally to provide insight and direction on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent retention. 

 

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage HR analytics and KPIs to assess organizational health, support data-informed decisions, and identify areas for improvement or innovation. 

 

  • Employee Relations: Set global standards and provide strategic oversight for employee relations frameworks to ensure fairness, consistency, and legal compliance. 

 

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Lead the development and implementation of global DEI initiatives that promote fairness, representation, and belonging. 

 

  • Organizational Culture & Engagement: Champion in a globally inclusive workplace culture that promotes engagement, psychological safety, and employee well-being. 

 

  • International Collaboration: Coordinate with HR leaders and business units across different countries to ensure alignment with global standards while adapting to regional needs and cultural nuances. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred. 
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) highly desirable. 
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role with global or multi-regional responsibility. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives across international locations. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippines labour law and HR compliance frameworks. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and across cultures. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience using HR data to shape strategy and policy. 
  • High level of cultural intelligence, discretion, and integrity. 
  • Fluency in English.
