Role:

Their role is to advise the plant manager, develop plans for administration and talent management, and ensure that the plant has the right personnel to improve productivity.

What the candidate will do:

  • Recommend actions to senior management on employee, turnover, recruitment, and training issues.
  • Administer compensation and performance appraisal programs.
  • Handle labor relations, exit interviews, and disengagement counseling.
  • Conduct organizational effectiveness evaluations and propose improvements.

Education requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related career
  • English Conversational Intermediate

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:

  • Ability to analyze situations, organize data, and evaluate risks and alternatives.
  • Knowledge of internal audit processes applicable to HR.
  • Ability to document and comply with established controls
  • Handling advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • Office Package Management.

Interpersonal Relationships:

  • Ease of working with different people, adapting to each situation and understanding different points of view
  • Effective communication at all different levels.

Employee Relations:

  • Management of satisfaction surveys, resolution of disciplinary problems and communication of labor policies.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Management of protocols to identify and address cases of workplace violence.
  • Knowledge of Mexican legislation regulations

Human Resources Policies, Standards and Procedures:

  • Analysis and compliance of policies, development of procedures and continuous improvement in HR practices.
  • Ability to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of track record in Human Resources

Top Candidates:

  • Advanced English
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt) certification.
  • Handling of digitization tools (Power BI, Power apps, etc.)
