Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analytics Manager to support our Hyperscaler Sales Organization. You will be joining a fast-paced, high-growth organization that is delivering against one of ServiceNow’s biggest priorities.

In this role, you will:

  • Be the strategic analytics partner to the hyperscaler operations managers, hyperscaler strategy and planning manager, and hyperscaler sales leaders.
  • Own sales data analytics and reporting for all 3 of our hyperscaler relationships (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure).
    • Deal and Market analysis
    • Pipeline analysis
    • Hyperscaler propensity analysis
    • Customer / Partner analysis
    • Migration / Margin analysis
    • Contractual obligation compliance reporting
    • Quarterly Performance results
    • Other ad hoc analysis and reports as needed
  • Partner with Engineering, Legal, Marketing, NPI, Investment Relations, and other internal organizations on hyperscaler data and analytics requests.
  • Educate and enable stakeholders to use available reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain robust reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive reporting standardization and best practices across all hyperscalers as relevant.
  • Partner with our internal Analytics team on data set, data model and dashboard prioritization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 7+ years experience supporting a software sales organization; understanding of the hyperscaler marketplace sales motion a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise by managing and analyzing large datasets using Power BI and Excel and consistently leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven use of reconciliation techniques to validate data integrity and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate intake requests, prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to construct an executive level presentation, telling a story with data and insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to navigate evolving landscapes and shifting business priorities.
  • Detail orientation coupled with a solutions-focused approach under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a must.
  • Experience with sales CRM systems and data.

  

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $131,300 - $229,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
