Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Icelandic-speaking customers seeking assistance with automotive services.
- Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle maintenance, repairs, and available service options.
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and provide clear explanations of our service processes.
- Effectively handle customer concerns, ensuring resolution and high satisfaction levels.
- Inform customers about service options, warranties, and promotions available to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service inquiries.
- Partner with service teams and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment while managing multiple inquiries.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
