Responsibilities
- Work directly with Icelandic-speaking clients to identify their B2B integration requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between our platforms and client systems.
- Provide technical support during the integration process, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Document all integration workflows and technical specifications for both internal teams and client reference.
- Stay informed of the latest trends and advancements in B2B integration technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our integration services and enhance client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing scenarios.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
