Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Icelandic-speaking corporate clients, delivering exceptional support.
- Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client issues to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate clients about our products and services to maximize their understanding and usage.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and feedback for service enhancement.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide seamless support to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with corporate products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools is an advantage.
