Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and precise communication.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist customers by offering product information and guidance throughout their journey.
- Document customer interactions for future reference and to support ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
