Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
