Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce inquiries.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, product questions, and payment issues.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Guide customers through available products and promotions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address and solve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service operations is beneficial.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with the capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
