Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Icelandic-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce inquiries.
- Assist customers with order tracking, product questions, and payment issues.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Guide customers through available products and promotions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for ongoing improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to address and solve customer concerns efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer service operations is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
