Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to computer systems, applications, and networking.
- Guide users through the troubleshooting process and provide clear and concise solutions.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the service management system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and address complex technical issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and product developments to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software or ticketing systems is advantageous.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to effectively assisting end-users.
